Answers to common questions about our capabilities, engagement process, government contracting pathway, and how to submit a requirement.
MAGDA GLOBAL is the trading/brand name of Magda Services Ltd, a company headquartered in the United Kingdom. MAGDA GLOBAL is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Our international sourcing and logistics capability extends delivery beyond the UK whenever a project requires it, while our governance and process discipline follow UK standards throughout every engagement.
Yes. MAGDA GLOBAL is the trading/brand name of Magda Services Ltd. All contracts are executed under the legal entity, Magda Services Ltd.
We support government, telecommunications, technology, energy, oil & gas, construction, infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, financial services, industrial and public utilities sectors. See the Industries page for how each of our six capability areas applies to a given sector.
Telecommunications and digital infrastructure is our primary specialism. We work across network infrastructure planning and sourcing, fibre-optic and last-mile connectivity, communications systems specification and delivery, and telecommunications equipment procurement — for operators, enterprises and governments alike.
Yes. Our telecommunications capability spans fixed network infrastructure (including fibre deployment) and wireless network infrastructure, along with the communications systems and last-mile connectivity solutions that connect them into a working network.
Government and public-sector solutions is a major secondary focus for MAGDA GLOBAL. We structure technology, infrastructure, procurement and service delivery specifically around public-sector accountability requirements — compliance, transparency and accountable execution from RFP through completion. Agencies can submit a formal requirement directly through our Submit an RFP process.
Yes. Use the Submit an RFP form to provide your organization details, sector, scope of work, reference number and submission deadline. Supporting documents such as tender packs or terms of reference can be attached directly in the form, and our government contracts workflow reviews every submission.
Our technology and ICT capability covers digital infrastructure and data-centre-related sourcing, enterprise ICT systems specification and deployment coordination, security-conscious technology sourcing practices, and support for digital transformation initiatives across enterprise and government clients.
Yes. Technology-enabled solutions that support organisational modernisation are part of our core Technology & ICT capability — from digital infrastructure sourcing through ICT systems deployment coordination.
Yes. Infrastructure & Construction is one of our six capability areas, covering civil infrastructure and construction project coordination, facilities planning and delivery, and engineering project management — designed to complement our telecommunications and government capability rather than operate in isolation.
Yes. Because telecommunications is our primary specialism, we are well positioned to plan network and ICT infrastructure requirements into a construction or facilities programme from the design stage, rather than retrofitting them after the physical build is complete.
Yes. Strategic Procurement & General Supply is one of our six capability areas. We source and supply products, equipment, materials and services across technology, infrastructure, construction, industrial and institutional categories through an approved supplier network.
Our procurement approach includes structured supplier evaluation, specification accuracy at the sourcing stage, and coordinated purchase-order and delivery-schedule management — reducing the risk of quality issues or delivery delays across complex, multi-category sourcing requirements.
Suppliers can complete the Become a Supplier form with a company profile and supply category. Strategic, technology, channel or delivery partners can complete the Become a Partner form describing the proposed partnership type and scope. Every application is reviewed individually by our procurement or partnerships team.
We consider technology partnerships, channel/reseller relationships, joint ventures, and subcontractor arrangements that extend our capability reach across telecommunications, government, technology, infrastructure, procurement and international sourcing.
General enquiries can use the Contact form. Commercial project enquiries can use the Request a Quote form. Government agencies and enterprises issuing a formal tender should use the Submit an RFP form, which supports document attachments and captures reference numbers and deadlines directly.
General enquiries typically receive a response within 1–2 business days. RFP submissions are reviewed by our government contracts team with the aim of responding ahead of the stated submission deadline where possible. Every submission is stored and tracked regardless of response time, so nothing submitted through our forms is lost.
